Please note that we take care of the ingredients needed for the meals in advance, and we have to re-let the rooms that become vacant.
- Cancellation requests received up to 30 days before the start of the Gathering will receive a full 100% refund, minus any transaction fees charged by our bank or payment services.
- Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the start of the Gathering:
- if you booked accomodation in tent or in caravans, you will receive a 50% refund minus any transaction fees charged by our bank or payment services.
- if you booked accomodation in the hotel’s room, no refunds are made. But it is possible to transfer is to another person.
- Cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the start of the Gathering, no refunds are made.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (e.g., Stripe).
- Please note: Stripe does not refund its transaction fees, so your refund will be reduced by this amount.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
